Wrong product delivered and not processing exchange request

I order caprese blue sling bag, but they delivered black dressberry jacket’. I raised exchange request but as they have not handled this situation properly, delivery boy doesn’t accept jacket as pickup order. This is happening daily, I carry that jacket daily to the office and delivery boy doesn’t accept my product and this has become repeatitive activity since last two weeks. Now their attempts have exhausted to pickup for exchange and it seems like I have to forcefully accept that pathetic jacket.
