I ordered a product redmi note 7s onx black on 29/06/2019 ,due to late delivery i cancel that on 31/06/2019, i don’t received any product. i cancel when the delivery executive call to me ,on 31st may, but in mi store the status of the product showing ,on 6th they cancellation is updated and another day 12/06/2019 the product is out for delivery. i cancel on 31/06/2019, this showing on mi store track option,still my refund is not credited and I complaint against this problem through email and chat support and customer care but no proper response is given false information is giving ,.
